What is your policy for damaged products?

We want you to be happy and satisfied with the significant purchase you have made. If things get damaged, please call as soon as possible. If the damage occurred because something didn't hold up (thwart breaks, oars break),we will discuss and come up with a solution. If the damage is something beyond my control ( you leave/store the boat outside, the boat comes off vehicle during transport) you will be responsible for the damage. If you use the boat, you should expect some scratches. We will help you with advice on how to maintain the beauty of your boat.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We have a Square account, and accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. Cash and certified bank checks are always welcome.

Do you offer gift cards?

At this time we do not have gift cards available.

What is your policy for damaged products?

We encourage you to pickup your purchase from our home shop. Because of the fragile nature of these products they do not ship well by LTL carriers. Because of this, any damage from shipping LTL will be at the risk of you, the consignee. If your boat or other product becomes damaged from use, please call as soon as possible, so that we can discuss a repair, replacement or refund that is fair to all concerned.
